At Mozart's Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Await Authorization

Our roasting experts will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Pack Your Items

Safely place the unused coffee or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our facility, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
